At the Breakers By The Sea, in Hampton, NH, We offer spectacular views, affordable rates, and nearby nightly entertainment hosted by the Chamber of Commerce.

We do have a 2 night minimum on weekends.  Holidays may be up to $20.00 higher.  We do offer discounts for extended stays (week).  The rooms shown may change, as renovations occur yearly. 

Each room has it's own kitchenette, which consists of a full oven w/ range, a full size refrigerator, kitchen sink, and some utensils.  If you plan on cooking, make sure to brink that special pot & pan.  Some rooms come equipped with a microwave.  All rooms are air conditioned, and come with cable TV including free Disney and SciFi channels.

30% of the total is required at reservation.  We honor Visa, MC, Amex, Discover.  We do have a 14 day cancellation policy, and charge 30% of the total if cancelling within 14 days of your check in date.  No refunds are given due to early departure.  A security deposit may be required if paying by cash.
