Rooms at the
Breakers by the Sea
Each room has
it's own kitchenette, which consists of a full oven and range, a full
size refrigerator, kitchen sink, and some utensils. Rooms also come
equipped with a toaster, coffee maker and microwave. All rooms are air
conditioned, and come with cable TV including free Disney and SciFi
channels.
Free off-street parking for one vehicle.

General policies:
30% of the total is required at reservation.
Rates are based on double occupancy;
two adults. Each additional adult is $10 extra per night.
Prices are subject to 9% meals and lodging tax
We honor Visa, MC, Amex, Discover.
We do have a 14 day cancellation policy, and charge 30% of the total if
cancelling within 14 days of your check in date.
No refunds are given due to early departure.
A security deposit may be required if paying by cash.
