Summer Rentals

Our Summer season runs from May 15th to September 19th.
Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday
Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am
A security deposit of up to $300 may be required.
Security deposits are refundable if the property is left in broom clean
condition, and all trash and personal items removed. Repairs to damage
to property caused by tenant will be deducted from the security deposit.
Rates are subject to change.
